ProSpace has two types of roles (accounts): User and Admin.
As a User, you are able to:
- Access your personal account
- Manage room schedule and reservation – View building and room resources
- View people within your organisation
As an Admin, you are able to:
- Access your personal account
- Manage room schedule and reservation
- Edit and view room resources details
- Invite and remove any user within your organization
- Upgrade any User to Admin
- Pair calendar and devices
- Set up and manage the Tablet Display Room booking app
Admin can upgrade User to Admin via Manage > Users
