ProSpace User Roles

ProSpace has two types of roles (accounts): User and Admin.

As a User, you are able to:

  • Access your personal account
  • Manage room schedule and reservation – View building and room resources
  • View people within your organisation

As an Admin, you are able to:

  • Access your personal account
  • Manage room schedule and reservation
  • Edit and view room resources details
  • Invite and remove any user within your organization
  • Upgrade any User to Admin
  • Pair calendar and devices
  • Set up and manage the Tablet Display Room booking app

Admin can upgrade User to Admin via Manage > Users
